Consulting

We at the CHESS are in constant exchange with various actors and stakeholders of the Swiss higher education system and support them with professional expertise. We provide space for reflection, provide research for orientation and assist in the collection and analysis of data for decision-making or accountability purposes.

Depending on the topic, effort, and time frame, mandates are carried out by CHESS members from different disciplines and research areas and/or projects are supervised by the CHESS staff. In some cases, CHESS provides project-oriented support in forms of working groups.

CHESS is committed to a wholistic perspective on the higher education and science system. We cooperate with governing bodies of higher education institutions, regional university councils as well as actors of the national ERI policy (SERI, SNF, innosuisse, SHK, swissuniversities, academies).
